H.F. HELP No Kill Rescue is a veteran founded, 501(c)3 nonprofit organization located in Summerville, SC. We are committed to saving the lives of dogs in high kill shelters and those that have been neglected and/or abandoned. We are a donation and volunteer based rescue that relies on the generosity of others.
